Covering the entire Central and Southern California regions, I travel extensively to provide professional interpretation for Workers’ Compensation cases. Services include in-person depositions with attorneys, Compromise & Release (C&R) meetings at claimants’ homes, and appointments at Workers’ Compensation Appeals Boards (WCAB) in various counties.
With deep knowledge of WC terminology and procedures, I ensure accurate and culturally appropriate interpretation for all parties involved. Reliable, punctual, and experienced in both legal and medical settings.
As a certified court interpreter for the State of California, I serve as an independent contractor providing interpretation for trials, hearings, and other court proceedings. I regularly travel to courts in Kern and Tulare counties as well as to more remote and underserved counties in Central and Northern California, including Fresno, San Jose, San Mateo, Merced, and others.

ABOUT ME
My name is Daniela Puchulutegui, and I am a California State Certified Spanish Court Interpreter.
I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where I discovered my passion for education at an early age and earned my elementary school teaching degree with honors.
A lifelong learner, I attended English as a Second Language school for ten years and also studied at the School of Medicine at the University of Buenos Aires.
After moving to the United States more than thirty years ago, I have dedicated my career to helping Spanish speakers communicate effectively in a variety of settings. I completed the Court Interpreting Program at the Southern California School of Interpretation in Santa Fe Springs, CA, where I received extensive training in simultaneous, consecutive, and sight translation techniques, as well as specialized vocabulary for criminal proceedings.
Over the past decade, I have gained extensive experience interpreting in Workers’ Compensation cases, collaborating daily with numerous agencies. Most recently, I have also been working as an Independent Contractor for the Superior Court, further expanding my expertise in legal proceedings.
As a native Spanish speaker with a strong educational background, I bring not only linguistic proficiency but also deep cultural understanding and excellent interpersonal skills to every assignment.
